निर्धारित पारिश्रमिक के अतिरिक्त, अतिरिक्त पारिश्रमिक निम्नानुसार दिया जायेगा:

अन्य लाभों में प्रत्येक वर्ष के पूरा होने पर वर्ष के लिए Excellent/Very Good/Good की PAR रेटिंग के आधार पर 5%/4%/3% की दर से वृद्धि शामिल है।
