सहायक प्रबंधक (सर्वेक्षण) के लिए चयन प्रक्रिया :-
- सहायक प्रबंधक का चयन व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार पर आधारित होगा। हालांकि, मैनेजमेंट व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार के लिए उम्मीदवारों को शॉर्टलिस्ट करने के लिए स्क्रीनिंग टेस्ट आयोजित करने का अधिकार रखता है।
- व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार के लिए न्यूनतम योग्यता अंक होंगे:
50% for General (UR) / EWS
40% for OBC (NCL) / SC/ST
शेष पदों के लिए चयन प्रक्रिया:-

स्टेज 2-> इंटरव्यू
- कंप्यूटर आधारित ऑनलाइन परीक्षा में अर्हता प्राप्त करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार के लिए शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा।
- व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार के लिए चुने गए उम्मीदवारों की संख्या अधिसूचित रिक्तियों की संख्या से 6 गुना होगी।
- व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार के लिए न्यूनतम योग्यता अंक होंगे:
50% for General(UR) / EWS
40 % for OBC (NCL)/ SC/ST / PwBD - अंतिम चयन कंप्यूटर आधारित ऑनलाइन परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार में उम्मीदवार द्वारा किए गए कुल अंकों (कंप्यूटर आधारित ऑनलाइन परीक्षा स्कोर के लिए 80% वेटेज और व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार के लिए 20% वेटेज) पर आधारित होगा।
