MHADA Syllabus 2022: महाराष्ट्र हाउसिंग एंड एरिया डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी (MHADA), मुंबई ने जारी रिक्तियों के लिए परीक्षा शेड्यूल जारी किया है। म्हाडा ने 31 जनवरी, 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 और 9 फरवरी 2022 को क्लस्टर 1,2,3,4,5,6 और 7 के लिए परीक्षा निर्धारित की है। म्हाडा लॉटरी प्रणाली के माध्यम से समाज के आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर लोगों के लिए आवास योजनाएं प्रदान करता है। म्हाडा विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में विभिन्न पदों को जारी करके रोजगार के अवसर भी प्रदान करता है। उम्मीदवारों को म्हाडा परीक्षा के लिए उपयुक्त परीक्षा पैटर्न के साथ-साथ सिलेबस भी देखना चाहिए। हम उन उम्मीदवारों से आग्रह करते हैं जिन्होंने परीक्षा के लिए पंजीकरण कराया है, वे विस्तृत परीक्षा पैटर्न और पाठ्यक्रम को देखें। इससे उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा के लिए खुद को तैयार करने में मदद मिलेगी।

MHADA सिलेबस 2022: चयन प्रक्रिया

उम्मीदवारों का चयन लिखित परीक्षा के आधार पर किया जाएगा. इस संबंध में विवरण पोस्ट के अनुसार अधिसूचना में प्रदान किया गया है। प्रत्येक पद के लिए आवश्यक शैक्षणिक योग्यता अलग-अलग है। उम्मीदवार को इसके माध्यम से देखना चाहिए।

MHADA सिलेबस और परीक्षा पैटर्न: Executive Engineer, Deputy Engineer and Assistant Engineer (Civil)

लिखित परीक्षा में कुल 200 अंकों के लिए 2 घंटे की अवधि के साथ 25 अंकों के साथ 5 खंड होते हैं।

MHADA टेक्नीकल विषय

1. Mechanics: simple stress and strain relationship. Mohr’s circle, simple bending theory, flexural and shear stresses, uniform torsion, buckling of column, combined and direct bending stresses.
2. Concrete Structure: Concrete design- basic working and limit, state design concepts, analysis of ultimate load capacity and design, of members subjected to flexure, shear, compression and torsion, by limit state methods. Basic elements of prestressed concrete.
3. Steel Structure: Analysis and design of tension and compression members, design of plate girders and trusses, plastic analysis of beams and frames. Rivet and Bolted connections.
4. Soil Mechanics & Foundation Engineering: Soil Classification and soil analysis. Subsurface investigations, Earth pressure theories effect of the water table, layered soils. Stability of slopes. Foundation types- Foundation design requirements. Shallow and Deep foundation.
5. Fluid Mechanics & Hydrology: Forces on immersed bodies, flow measurements in channels, tanks and pipes. Dimensional analysis and hydraulic modeling, Kinetic flow, velocity triangles and specific speed of pumps and turbines.
6. Surveying: Principles and Classification, mapping concepts, coordinate system, map projections, measurements of distance and directions leveling, theodolite traversing, plane table surveying, errors and adjustments, curves, Advance method of surveying.
7. Environmental Engineering: a) Water Supply: Sources of supply, design of intakes, estimation of demand, water quality standards, Primary and secondary treatment, maintenance of treatment units. b) Sewerage: Disposal, design of sewer and sewerage systems, pumping.
8. Internet Basics.
