EESL भर्ती के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यता पदों के अनुसार अलग-अलग है। अधिकाँश पदों के लिए उम्मीदवार को 12th पास/Engineering/MBA/ ITI/ CA या मान्यता प्राप्त यूनिवर्सिटी से ICWA/ Degree/ Master Degree होनी चाहिए।
EESL भर्ती 2020: आयु सीमा
EESL भर्ती के लिए आयु सीमा 27 वर्ष से 37 वर्ष के बीच है। सरकार के मानदंडों के अनुसार आयु में छूट।
EESL भर्ती 2020 : चयन प्रक्रिया:
असिस्टेंट और DEO पद को छोड़कर उम्मीदवारों के फाइनल सिलेक्शन के लिए लिखित परीक्षा, GD और साक्षात्कार के लिए निम्नलिखित वेटेज रहेगा: –

अंतिम साक्षात्कार के बाद, मेरिट के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों का एक पैनल तैयार किया जाएगा और मेरिट के अनुसार उम्मीदवारों की नियुक्ति की जाएगी।
नोट: लिखित परीक्षा और परीक्षा पैटर्न की तारीख, एडमिट कार्ड का विवरण EESL की वेबसाइट पर अलग से साझा किया जाएगा। असिस्टेंट और डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर पदों के लिए GD/ साक्षात्कार आयोजित नहीं किया जाएगा और उम्मीदवारों का चयन लिखित परीक्षा में योग्यता के आधार पर किया जाएगा। असिस्टेंट और डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर पदों के लिए स्किल टेस्ट ली जा सकती है।
